Orders Not Collecting
Problem: "Collect Orders" doesn't start
- Check login: Make sure you're logged into AliExpress
- Check URL: Ensure you're on the order list page (
aliexpress.com/p/order/index.html) - Refresh page: Try refreshing the AliExpress page
- Reinstall: If issues persist, try reinstalling the extension
Problem: Collection stops partway through
- Reduce concurrent tabs in Settings (try 1-3 tabs instead of default)
- Use date range to collect smaller batches
- Check if AliExpress is having issues (try again later)
- Don't navigate away from the order list tab during collection
Missing Order Data
Problem: Some orders show incomplete information
- Re-collect: Navigate to the order detail page and let AliBill re-collect the data
- Older orders: Very old orders may have different page structures
- Order status: Orders still processing may have incomplete data
PDF Export Issues
Problem: PDF doesn't download
- Check if your browser is blocking downloads
- Try using the Print function with "Save as PDF" instead
- Disable any ad blockers temporarily
Problem: PDF layout looks wrong
- Ensure you're using 100% zoom in the browser
- For print, use A4 paper size and portrait orientation
- Enable "Background graphics" in print settings for full styling
Extension Not Showing
Problem: AliBill menu not visible on AliExpress
- Pin the extension: Click the puzzle icon in Chrome and pin AliBill
- Grant permissions: Click the extension icon and grant any pending permissions
- Correct page: The menu only appears on AliExpress order pages
- Refresh: Refresh the AliExpress page after installation
Performance Issues
Problem: Browser becomes slow during collection
- Reduce concurrent tabs to 1-3
- Collect orders in smaller date ranges
- Close other tabs and applications
- Use the pause/resume feature for large collections

If these solutions don't resolve your issue:
- Click the AliBill extension icon
- Click "Report an Issue"
- If available, use "Download error report" to include diagnostic logs
