Report an Issue
The fastest way to report bugs or issues
Use the Extension's Report Feature
The easiest way to report an issue is through the AliBill extension:
- Click the AliBill extension icon in your Chrome toolbar
- Click "Report an Issue"
- Fill out the support form with details about your issue
What to Include in Bug Reports
- Chrome version: Help → About Google Chrome
- AliBill version: Shown in the extension popup
- AliExpress region: Which domain you use (.com, .ru, .us)
- Steps to reproduce: What you did before the issue occurred
- Expected behavior: What should have happened
- Actual behavior: What happened instead
- Screenshots: If applicable
- Error messages: From browser console (F12)
Tip: If available, use the "Download error report" option in the extension popup to export diagnostic logs.
