Yes. You have several options:
- Quick method (from order list): On the AliExpress order list page, each order has an AliBill dialog with "Edit Invoice" or "Save as PDF" buttons for instant document generation
- From invoice page: Use filters to select a single order on the invoice page
- From order detail page: Use "Generate Invoice" directly from an order detail page (if available)
- Use date range for scraping: On the order list page, use the "From" and "To" date fields before clicking "Collect Orders" to scrape orders in batches (e.g., one month at a time)
- Use date filters for invoices: On the invoice page, use date filters to generate documents from already-scraped orders for specific periods
- Reduce concurrent scraping tabs in Settings (default is configurable 1-10)
- Export orders to JSON regularly for backup
Important distinction:
- Date range on order list page = Limits which orders are scraped
- Date filters on invoice page = Filters already-scraped orders for document generation

- Open the Invoice Page via the AliBill extension popup
- Click "Export All Orders"
- Save the JSON file to your computer
You can later restore this data using the "Import Orders" feature. See Import/Export Guide for details.
Some orders may have incomplete data due to:
- Orders still being processed on AliExpress
- Older orders with different page structures
- AliExpress page layout changes
Try re-collecting the order from the order detail page. If issues persist, check our Troubleshooting Guide.
